Successful partnering in the sending of cross –cultural workers requires a foundation of three strong, dynamic and resourceful relationships: the local church, the worker and the mobilizing organization. Christar is one such organization. Our Lord commanded us to make disciples of all nations. The biblical role of the local church is to send out missionaries.
